How credits work
One balance for every model and every key, held in credits that map one to one to the Tunisian dinar.
1 credit = 1 TND
Your balance is kept in credits. One credit is worth exactly one Tunisian dinar, down to the millime. A 100 TND top-up adds 100 credits.
Priced per model, per 1M tokens
Each model has an input price and an output price in TND per million tokens. A request deducts only the tokens it used, straight from your balance.
VAT and platform fee at top-up
When you top up, 19% VAT and a 10% platform fee are added to the amount. You see the full breakdown before paying, and nothing else is added to your usage afterwards.
Cost of one request
(input tokens × input price + output tokens × output price) ÷ 1,000,000
Prices are in TND per 1M tokens. Token counts come from the provider's response and appear in your usage log.

Is there a subscription or a minimum?
No. Promptix is pay-as-you-go. You top up any amount from 5.000 TND to 1,000.000 TND per payment and use it at your own pace. There is no monthly fee.
How is a request billed?
Each request costs its input tokens times the model's input price plus its output tokens times the output price, with prices in TND per 1M tokens. The amount is deducted from your balance and every request appears in your usage log with its tokens and cost.
Why are VAT and a platform fee added?
Tunisian VAT (19%) applies to the credits you buy. The platform fee (10%, calculated on the amount including VAT) covers payment processing and running the gateway. Both are added once, at top-up, and shown before you pay. Model prices do not include them.
How can I pay?
Through Flouci, with the Flouci app or a Tunisian bank card. You do not need an international card.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Each completed top-up has an invoice in TND in the Billing section of your dashboard, ready to print or save as PDF. Contact us if you need specific company details on it.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay on your balance until you use them.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Requests are refused with HTTP 402 until you top up again. Nothing is charged on credit, so you can never owe more than you paid. You can also set a monthly spending limit on each API key.
Can unused credits be refunded?
Consumed credits are not refundable. Unused credits are refunded only in the cases listed in our terms of sale, such as a duplicate payment or credits not delivered after a technical error.
Are there free models?
Some models are offered at 0 TND per token. They are marked Free on the models page and in the calculator above.
