General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms of Sale") govern all purchases of credits and services made through the Promptix platform, operated by Promptify, a sole proprietorship registered in Tunisia.
2. Services Offered
Promptix provides prepaid API access to various AI language models. Users purchase credits in Tunisian Dinar (TND) via the Konnect payment gateway, which are then consumed based on API usage (tokens processed).
3. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinar (TND), inclusive of applicable taxes
- Credit packages and their prices are listed on our Pricing page
- Promptix reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with changes taking effect on new purchases only
4. Ordering and Payment
- To purchase credits, you must have a valid Promptix account
- Payments are processed securely through the Konnect payment gateway
- Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation
- A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address
5. Credit Usage
- Purchased credits do not expire
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Credit consumption rates vary by model and are detailed in our documentation
6. Refund Policy
Promptix applies the following refund policy:
6.1 Eligible Refunds
- Technical failure: If a payment was processed but credits were not added to your account due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund or credit correction within 30 days of the transaction.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Service unavailability: If the platform experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) preventing you from using purchased credits, you may request a proportional refund for the affected period.
6.2 Non-Eligible Refunds
- Credits that have already been consumed through API usage are non-refundable
- Unused credits are non-refundable except in the cases described in section 6.1
- Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with AI model outputs
6.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction reference and a description of the issue. Refund requests are processed within 14 business days. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Tunisian consumer protection law, digital services that are fully performed upon purchase (such as API credits) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once the credits have been delivered to your account. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
8. Delivery
Credits are digital goods delivered instantly to your Promptix account upon payment confirmation. No physical delivery is involved.
9. Warranties and Liability
- Promptix provides the service on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability
- Promptix is not liable for losses arising from AI-generated content or API integration issues
- Our total liability is limited to the amount of unused credits in your account
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Promptix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In the event of termination for cause, remaining unused credits are forfeited.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia.
